full registration includes:
- Four (4) consecutive days of scientific sessions and symposia
- Including access to hybrid session and on-demand access to recorded presentations after the event
- Morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks with snacks
- Two poster sessions with light refreshments
- Welcome Reception
day registration includes:
- Access to sessions on your nominated day of attendance
- Morning and afternoon refreshments on that day.
Online conference registration includes:
- Live access to all available sessions (Scheduled in Tasmania time – AEDT, UTC+11)
- On-demand access to recorded presentations after the event
- Participation in virtual networking opportunities, including:
- Online discussion forums and chat during sessions
- Interactive Q&A with speakers (where available)
Optional Extras (Not Included)
- Banquet tickets must be purchased separately.
- Field trips require separate registration and payment.
cancellation & refund policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. Please read the following carefully before submitting your cancellation request.

Inability to Attend Due to Travel Restrictions or Legal Barriers
If you are, or with certainty will be, unable to attend the event due to it being practically impossible or unlawful for you to travel to the venue — including legal requirements to quarantine or enter lockdown, either in the host country or your country of residence — you may notify us in writing at any time prior to the start of the event.
Upon receiving your written notice, we will assess your circumstances in a reasonable manner:
- If a virtual/online attendance option is available, your registration will be converted to a virtual pass. You will be refunded the difference (if any) between the in-person and virtual registration fees.
- Please note: A partial refund may or may not be available, depending on the timing of your cancellation and any non-refundable costs already incurred (e.g. catering).
- If no virtual/online option is available, and your cancellation meets the above criteria, we will refund all monies actually received (proof of payment may be required).
Refunds under this clause will be processed within 30 days of receiving your written notice.
Important: Refunds do not include reimbursement of credit card processing fees.
The Frustrated Contracts Act 1978 (NSW) and other related legislation do not apply to this agreement.
Voluntary Cancellation by the Registrant
If you wish to cancel your registration for any reason other than those outlined above, and notify us in writing:
- Cancellations on or before August 7: Attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee or a conversion to a virtual attendee option and a refund of the difference between registration categories.
- Cancellations after August 7: Refunds are no longer available; however, your registration will automatically be converted to a virtual attendee so that you can still view the conference
- Important: Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
