In-Person Oral Presenters

Thank you for presenting at the Fourth World Seabird Conference (WSC4).

This form is used to confirm your presentation details and submit your presentation slides. It should take approximately three minutes to complete. Please complete the form by Friday, 4 September 2026, 17:00 AEST.

Presentations must be uploaded in advance. You may edit your responses after submitting the form. To allow sufficient time for processing, any revisions must be submitted no later than 24 hours before your scheduled presentation.

Your presentation

Your slot is 15 minutes in total: 12 minutes for your presentation, followed by 3 minutes for questions. Chairs will adhere strictly to these times in order to keep the programme running to schedule, so we would ask you to rehearse accordingly.

Kindly upload your final slides here naming the file [Surname_Day_Track]. We will transfer these to the presentation computers in advance of your session, so personal laptops will not be required at the podium.

We would nonetheless recommend bringing a backup copy on a USB stick.
